Unternehmen:

Wir sind eine Rechtsanwalts- und Steuerberatungskanzlei mit Standorten in Mühlhausen, Leinefelde und Gotha. Unsere anwaltlichen Berufsträger arbeiten überwiegend eigenverantwortlich mittels Email, Telefon und digitalen Diktaten sowie Spracherkennung. Unsere Mandatsstruktur in Mühlhausen erstreckt sich weit überwiegend auf größere außergerichtliche Beratungs- und Gestaltungsmandate. Die Wahrnehmung von Gerichtsterminen ist eher die Ausnahme. Ebenso ist auch der Mandantenverkehr weit unterdurchschnittlich. Die wenigen Mitarbeiter sind daher nicht einzelnen Berufsträgern zugeordnet. Umso wichtiger ist uns deswegen auch Teamarbeit.

Für die Erweiterung des Teams suchen wir in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit eine(n)

                 Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte (m/w/d)

Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich (im Wechsel):

• Besetzung der Telefonzentrale
• Mandantenempfang
• Terminkoordination
• Bearbeitung der Eingangs- und Ausgangspost
• Korrektur von Digitaldiktaten mit Spracherkennung

Ihr Profil:

• eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung ist wünschenswert
• Berufserfahrung ist nicht zwingend notwendig
• Kenntnisse in der Software DATEV-Anwaltpro und/oder RA-Micro ist wünschenswert
• Überwiegend selbstständiges, gewissenhaftes und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten wird vorausgesetzt
• WORD/EXCEL – Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
